This beautiful 2 bedroom/3 bath fully decorated Villa is only one level above the pools....and three levels above the beach.  Great for 4 adults...and there is room for two  kids (total of 6 people) and the kids sleep on the living room banquettes.  This unit is over 1300 sq ft.  Luxurious, comfortable, convenient.....and available! Your vacation home has a full kitchen, air conditioning, 3 full baths, a private "dipping" pool on your private veranda.  The views in the photos were taken from this unit...with its beautiful views of La Ropa beach and the Bay of Zihuatanejo.  All linens, bath and beach towels are included.  You can walk to breakfast or lunch at any of about 12 restaurants down the beach....or do your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, refrigerator...and a washer and dryer.  Or walk to any of another dozen restaurants on your way to downtown.  The property has its own "Z" restaurant....or you can have lunch by the pool or on the beach. There are two pools (one for kids), a swim up bar, pool and beach lounge chairs and lunch and drink service on its own beachfront.  The staff is great, security is complete, and you can walk to downtown Zih in only 15-20 minutes either along the beach or past lots of restaurants....or take a 5 minute/$4 taxi ride to downtown. If you're staying in for a night...or have kids to entertain, there is a big flat screen TV in the living room...with a CD/DVD player...and another TV in each bedroom.   The Villa is fully Air Conditined, and has ceiling fans in every room too. Its a gorgeous unit...fully equipped...great views...a home away from home.  We'll need 50% to reserve the Villa, and final payment by February 1, 2009.  Also take a look at www.vrbo.com/167395 for more pix and description.    Please note: there are no elevators on the property....so you'll get great exercise too.  There are golf carts that will take you up/down if you like, but we only use that service when there is luggage or groceries to move. The weekly price is $2975 for 7 nights at $425/night. You need to add 17% tax ($505.75) to the full week price, and a $450 refundable security deposit. The total including the tax and deposit will be $3,930.75, but the $450 deposit will be returned to you one week after travel, pending a report from the property manager.  Final cost will total $3480.75 for the full week. The full amount can be paid via PayPal or to my Wells Fargo Bank deposit account, or by bank cashiers check.   If you're going to stay two weeks, just double the figures above. You'll need to get roundtrip air tickets to Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa airport (ZIH).   ZIH is served by US Air, Continental, United, Alaska and others.   It's a great place to spend an Easter vacation...either week.  E-mail with any questions.
