Will Rent studio side for $1400, and the 1-Bedroom side for $2100, or both sides for $3325. When we confirm the dates and the purchase, I'll call Starwood and change the reservation into your name.  At that point you will be able to call Starwood, or the resort anytime, and they will have your reservation in your name.  I will also send you the confirmation e-mail from Starwood in your name.  You will then only need to pay 1/2 down, and the balance will be due 90 days before check-in. If you book, and then need to cancel or change dates, I will work with you, and refund your money once I re-rent the unit.  I have done this in the past and have had no trouble re-renting the unit.
