When locked-off, this becomes two separate one bedroom condos, each with its own kitchen and living area.   Avon has a new ski lift a couple blocks away that will take you right to the mountain.   The nearest regional airport is Vail/Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE), about 26 miles away.
