Some weeks in in October. Ask about November too. The choice is yours. I’m running this auction to fill in some gaps in our bookings. Since there are openings, I’m steeply discounting our normal rates (which are $3,300 per week in season). <p><p>We have a DIRECT gulf front view. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a Den with a pull out bed. You can easily sleep 6. We have a high speed DSL internet connection with a wireless connection. The resort complex offers several pools. Daily passes to the resort are available (for a fee) that offer tennis, restaurants, and children's program.<p><p>We are so close to the water it is unbelievable. Actually, no new condos in Florida can be built this close to the water, but we are there and you get the benefit. I open the glass sliding doors (6 of them!!!) and listen to waves all night long. I sleep lock a rock when I’m there.<p><p>We use a company to provide access to the keys, payment and cleaning, so its totally professional. Once you win this auction, I would arrange for them to call you after the auction to arrange payments. There is a 11% florida tax and a $175 for booking, linen, phones, etc in addition to the auction price. The $175 will be included as shipping when the invoice is calculated.<p><p>Even if you can’t stay the whole week, you are getting such a good deal that you may want to do a 3-4 night stay. I do that myself a couple of times a year. With the Wireless Internet connection, I can stay in contact with my office and get some of my regular work done on the road. Also, short notice plan fares are often cheaper than you think.
