NOVEMBER/DECEMBER IN PARIS IN PARIS- .IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS- ONE FULL MONTH 20 Nov to 20 Dec 2008-(extra days can be pro rated)! Central Paris in the 12th- best location in Paris- not touristy, but within walking distance of everything and only 100 yards from a metro stop.- AND THE BEST TIME TO BE IN PARIS! THE WEATHER IS STILL GREAT AND ALL OF THE BIG MUSEUM SHOWS AND THE OPERA ARE IN FULL SWING. MY BUY IT NOW AMOUNT IS FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH. ,p> Do not ask for any time BEFORE 20 NOV.. because I am fully booked. E mail me NOW FOR RESERVATIONS IN DEC. ON..(Minimal rental is one month with very few exceptions. Do not ask for a week or even ten days!) Payable in advance, and that's in dollars not the MUCH higher valued Euro.It makes good sense to prepay as much as your French trip as possible now in the low valued US dollar. (It now takes $1.68+ to buy just ONE Euro!!) My rate for 1 month is less than you'd pay for 6 nights in a two star budget hotel! Two star hotels in Paris are now around 100 to 125 euros a night! In dollars that's $175 to $200. a night!) The French rent their studios similar to mine for 1200 to 1600 EUROS per month. Converted to Euros, my rent is 40% of that amount. I am an American owner and I live in the United States. That's the reason my rental rate is quoted in dollars, not euros and I request payment in dollars. (possible discount for a rental of two months or more) Max. two adults, no kids, no pets, no smoking, no deposit,except cleaning deposit of $100. My flat is designed for the independent and self sufficient traveller and not for someone who needs a lot of "hand-holding." A little French is helpful but not a requirement. I prefer one person occupancy but will except two if they are used to living in a small space and in one IKEA queen bed! The second image is an image of my "street"- the historic and charming- Passage du Chantier. (NOTE- MY "BUY IT NOW" IS FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH), NOT BY THE WEEK! NO EXTRA CHARGES except a $100 refundable cleaning deposit.) I have a manager in Paris for any emergencies and he will check out the flat on your departure. (If you do not wish to wash the linens etc at departure, my manager will do that and I will deduct his bill to me from your deposit.).<p> ) I am not an rental agent. In other words, if interested in later 2009, contact me in November 2008.SPECIAL NOTE- I can do nothing about the rapidly declining value of the U.S. dollar but I would not pass up a trip to Paris now because of that- because probably it is only going to get worse! Just keep in mind that if you have a flat with a kitchen, like mine, you can get around high restaurant bills as well as the high Euro hotel rates.
