The reservation is for 7 nights beginning on Saturday 04/04/09. Your checkout date will be the morning of Saturday, 04/11/09. This is my own personal timeshare ownership that is booked for this time period. The Ka'anapali Beach Club is a beautiful, oceanfront property where you can walk outside and have your choice of the pool or beach. The room type is a 1 bedroom, ocean view suite with a partial kitchen. Approximately 820 square feet. This resort has three classes of rooms: deluxe ocean view/oceanfront, ocean view and scenic view. This room is an ocean view and the 2008 the regular room rate is $508 per night. This room has a maximum occupancy of 4 persons (2 adults and 2 children). All suites feature oversized bath area, full sized sofa bed, microwave-equipped mini-kitchen including dishwasher, and a modern entertainment center. Located 3 miles from the West Maui airport, 25 miles from Kahului airport, 4 miles from Kapalua Golf courses, 5 miles from old whaling town of Lahaina, 1 Mile from Ka'anapali Golf courses. Things to know prior to checking in: No pets are permitted. There is a General Excise Tax (GET) and state imposed Transient Occupancy tax, (TOT), which will be collected upon check-in. These taxes are currently $4.59 per day.  There will be a $30 per day minimum incidentals deposit. Optional breakfast buffet at an additional charge (currently at $17 per day for ages 13 and up, $6 per day for ages 6-12, and free for 5 and under). Parking fee is currently $13 per day. Events, activities and fees are subject to change.You will not be required to attend any timeshare presentations to receive this deal. So, if you are shopping around, be very cautious of deals that look too good to be true. More often than not, if they are offering you a low price for the room, it is under the pretense that you have to go to a meeting. I already own at this resort, so no such meeting is necessary. You will be staying as my guest.
