Can you guarantee a particular week? Where is the resort located? West end of Maui in Kaanapali.  The resort is just minutes from the shopping and sea port of Lahaina.  Do I have to attend a timeshare presentation? No. I am already a timeshare owner; you would be staying as my guest.   Is there tax on the room? There is a Hawaii state tax of about $3 per night.  Can I check my reservation myself? Yes, I encourage you to confirm your reservation once it has been made. Can I change my reservation myself? No, the resort only allows the member to make changes. However, I am available online or by phone every weekday (day and evening), and almost all weekend days. I will be happy to take care of any changes you need to make.  What forms of payment do you accept? I accept paypal (which accepts credit cards), money orders, and personal checks.  I will not update the reservation to your name until the payment clears (specifically for personal checks). How can I contact you? Send a question through ebay or purchase the week, I will email you with my cell phone number, email address, and mailing address.  I prefer email when possible.  I am available most days on my cell.  If I do not answer, please leave a message.  I normally reply within an hour.   What if I change my mind?
