The residence comes with free daily maid service, air conditioning, ceiling fans, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, spacious living and dining area, walk-in closets, cable TV, high speed internet access, and 24-hour on-site management. Ocean Terrace is only minutes from spectacular Shoal Bay and Rendezvous Bay, two of the highest rated beaches in all of the Caribbean.  There is also a fitness center, horseshoes, a putting green, and a fresh water pool on site, which is extremely refreshing after spending the day on one of Anguilla's 33 beautiful beaches.  Enjoy both sunrises and sunsets from the property, and let the tranquility of the unspoiled landscape, panoramic views and serene living at Ocean Terrace rejuvenate your mind, body and soul. Our rates (All amounts in US $): High Season:  January 1 - April 30:  $2,200 per week, or $350 per day for reservations less than a full week. **Deposit:  A 25% deposit is due with booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.  We gladly accept Paypal, money orders, or personal checks. ***Cancellation policy: The deposit is fully refundable, minus a 10% cancellation fee, if notice of cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.
