GENERAL INFORMATION: These condo units are being offered for at least ½ the normal price. Please do not ask if we will rent for less – we won’t! You do not have to be a timeshare owner, RCI or II member to bid on these units. There is no requirement to attend a sales pitch if you rent one of our units. Pictures are typical of the style and décor at this resort. NOTE: Please read carefully! These are timeshare units. There is no way to change or adjust the dates of availability of the units listed below. You are bidding on a Wyndham Waikiki Beach Walk Resort 1-bedroom suite fully furnished timeshare condo unit that has a mini kitchen equipped with a sink, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, and sufficient pots and pans, plates, glasses, and tableware to serve the number of occupants indicated in this listing. All linens, bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes, paper towels, toilet tissue, soaps and detergents, and other consumable supplies will be furnished. Sleeping arrangements: King bed and Queen pullout sleeper sofa. As a guest you will have access to all of the fine amenities available at this resort on the same basis as the timeshare owner. You are bidding one price for the total number of days available. You will be able to check into the unit after 4 PM on the first date listed and you will be expected to check out of the unit before 10 AM on the last date listed. NOTE: No pets are allowed. If you are the successful bidder we will expect you to make payment or contact us regarding your intent to make payment within 3 days of the close of the auction. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your bid and purchase. As soon as we receive your payment, we will request a Guest Confirmation to be issued in your name.
