Directly across the street from the Kam 2 beach and park. Walking distance to many activities, the beach, shopping and restaurants. The unit is a two bedroom lockoff unit with a one bedroom unit that includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer and pull out sofa with an adjoining studio one bedroom with a limited kitchen. This comfortably sleeps 6 but will accomodate 8 if you ask the resort for a rollaway bed  The time period will be the two weeks from Dec 20 thru Jan 3rd, checking in on a Saturday and out on a Saturday.  We will not be using it this year so we will be  renting it. We have rented it several times over the years and everyone has enjoyed it. During this time period this unit would rent for $450 a night but we just want to cover our taxes and amenity fees so enjoy. We are square trade travel verified so you can bid with confidence.
