Our home and guest house are located in the region of Noord which is less than three miles from Palm Beach, the high rise hotels, and the best beaches on the island.The main house sleeps six in three bedrooms with king bed, double bed, and twin beds. There are two full baths with walk in showers and Italian tiles from floors to ceiling. There is spacious living room with leather sofas, complete kitchen with dishwasher, granite counters, stove/oven, and refrigerator. The dining room seats six persons with french doors looking out onto the patio. The home has wireless internet, LCD TV, a/c, washer, dryer, safe, and  decorator touches throughout. There is a large front porch that looks over to the community club house and pool. Our guests may use the pool and clubhouse. There is a back porch area totally enclosed and featuring outdoor chairs, table, hammock and bbq grill. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels and snorkeling gear for your enjoyment.  The main home rents for $1190/week during June, July, August, and September weeks. Other months are $1390/week..   Christmas and New Year's weeks are $1995.00 each. The guest house sleeps two persons in a double futon bed with memory foam topper. The guest house has a full bathroom with walk-in shower, ac, full kitchen with microwave oven and all utensils and dishes. There is a private patio area in front of the guest home for your use as well the washer and dryer units. The guest house features six windows which give it an open and spacious feel. The kitchen has granite counters, there is an LCD TV with cable, wireless internet on site, and more. The guest house rents alone for $690/week or can be included with your rental of the main house for an additional $295/week. We have a property manager in Aruba who will be available to you for a complete orientation to the home and to the island.
